August 2, 2018

You know I love a good mojito and this cocktail is an awesome twist on it. Who wants to come sip a few by the pool with me? Ron Barceló takes your taste buds to the tropic with a drink so nice you say it twice- the Chin Chin.   Cheers to the summer by mixing Barceló Añejo, lime juice, simple syrup and mint and beat the heat with a breezy zing. Bottoms up!

3/4 lime juice

1 simple syrup

(Micro mint shaken)
