We have some good friends who recently got engaged and that is all the excuse we need to celebrate with sparkling wine! Last week we came together to celebrate (again!) and talk all things wedding. We enjoyed trying Mionetto Prestige Prosecco and Mionetto Prestige Gran Rose.
We started with the Gran Rose which is an extra dry rosé and it was fantastic! Our friend Mike didn’t realize it was dry and even remarked on how pleasantly surprised he was by the taste. The color is beautiful and matches the taste which includes raspberries and strawberries but isn’t too sweet.
To continue our celebration we opened the Prosecco which was light in color and smelled of apples and pears. It tasted refreshing with the perfect balance of bubbles and a dry finish.
We really loved both of these bottles and even better is that they are reasonably priced. The Gran Rosé retails for around $16 and the Prosecco for around $14. That is cause alone for another celebration!
Thank you Michelle and Ted for helping us celebrate our upcoming wedding! Mike and I really enjoyed spending such a fun evening with you both. I see more bubbles in the upcoming future!
